Meet the Founder

Loyal & Loved was founded by Justin Logan, a UK pet owner who built the site to make pet care decisions easier for other owners. After spending too long trawling through vague, ad-heavy pet advice online, Justin decided to create the resource he wished had existed: honest, UK-specific, and grounded in real costs.

Every article on the site starts with hands-on research, real quotes, and the kind of detail that only matters when you are the one paying the bill. Loyal & Loved is operated by PB Eng Ltd, a UK-registered company. We are independent and not owned by any pet insurance company or retailer.
